Suffering From Anxiety Attacks? Welcome.

Have you ever heard of Charles Linden? If you haven't and suffer from anxiety attacks or panic attacks then you will now, and will probably be glad you did. Even if you have a feeling that you are a little too anxious than you should be then the program that he created will do you good.

Charles Linden was a sufferer of anxiety problems. He decided that he'd had enough, and set out to learn enough about anxiety and anxiety disorders so that he could deal with his own problem. He managed to do that, very successfully, despite the fact that he had quite a severe condition, and eventually went on to create a method that other people could use themselves.

Not surprisingly his method is called the Linden Method. It has been used by over 65000 people against various forms of anxiety problems, with great success. A fine testament to how well it works is that he can offer a 12 month money back guarantee with his product and still sell it successfully. Less than 1% of people will claim their money back, those usually people who haven't even given it a try.

Charles Linden believes that the seeds of an anxiety problem lie within the individual. That it is a learned behavioral problem that can be traced to a certain part of the brain. The technical name for that is the "Amygdala", though that isn't the important part. The important part is that this is the part of the brain that controls the emotional responses of the individual, including anxiety, or anxiousness.

The National Institute of Mental Health has confirmed that this is one of the major sources of the fear, or anxiety, response. You can see the link to their press release about it on the Linden website.

The principle on which it is thought to work is that there is a "switch" in the brain which triggers a fear or anxiety response. It is thought that this is normally set to the "off" position, and it turns on in what would be an appropriate circumstance for fear or anxiety. But, the theory goes, it can get stuck on and stay there, thereby triggering unneccessary responses of fear or anxiety in times when it isn't really appropriate. And the bases of Charles Linden's method is that it is possible to learn how to return that "switch" to where it should be.

It doesn't depend on the nature of your anxiety problem or panich problem, and it doesn't depend on the severity of the problem. That is because all are of the same nature, and so can be treated by this method.

Linden believes that medication cannot fix the problem because it does not attack the cause of the problem. It may ameliorate it temporarily, but will not fix it in the long term. And of course there are many people who prefer to avoid medications in any event, not least because of the side effects that usually go with the medications.

You can read far more about it on the Linden website. They set out the basis of all this much clearer than I can. The bottom line for me though is this.

1. I would always prefer to try other methods before medication. I always see medication as the thing you choose to try when everything else has failed.

2. Any organisation which offers a 12 month money back guarantee must have a top product. It just isn't possible to stay in business if you offer a bad product and combine it with a 12 month money back guarantee. People can see when they have bought a poor product, and many, though not all, will claim on the guarantee. So the fact that they prosper whilst offering a guarantee like that says volumes about the efficacy of their product.

Check out the Linden Method. You have nothing to lose and could well find that is the best thing that you can do for your anxiety problems.
